Guidelines for Presentations
SAIRAP strives to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for all presenters, whether participating onsite or remotely. Below are the tailored instructions for oral, poster, and virtual presentations:
Oral Presentations
Time Frame: Each oral presentation is allotted 12 minutes, which includes 2 minutes for audience interactions and questions.
Who Can Present: The presentation must be delivered by one of the paper's authors or co-authors.
Technology Use: Presenters may use their personal laptops or the conference-provided system (equipped with Windows and presentation software).
Preparation: Ensure your presentation is saved on both a USB drive and your laptop for backup.
Support Staff: Dedicated staff will be available to assist with equipment setup and manage the session's flow.
Poster Presentations
Specifications: Posters should not exceed dimensions of 36 inches in width and 48 inches in height.
Responsibility: Presenters are required to arrange for their posters' printing and transport.
Setup Guidelines: Posters must be displayed before the welcome address begins and removed promptly after the session concludes.
Virtual Presentations
Key Steps for Virtual Presenters
Submit Your Work: Full papers or abstracts must undergo a thorough peer review process. Notifications of acceptance will be issued ahead of the conference.
Technical Checks: A preparatory test will be conducted prior to the conference to verify your connection, audio, and video quality.
Conference Day: Presenters will receive clear, step-by-step guidelines for joining and delivering their presentations online.
Certification: After the presentation, participants will be awarded an e-Certificate of Presentation along with the conference proceedings in digital format.
Technical Preparation
Equipment: Use a reliable desktop or laptop with a microphone and webcam.
Platform: Download and update the latest version of Zoom or the preferred conferencing software.
System Adjustments: Disable antivirus programs temporarily if they interfere with video or audio.
Environment: Choose a professional backdrop with adequate lighting and minimal background noise.
