Primary Policy:

All prices quoted are in USD and are exclusive of any convenience charges.

All transactions are made by the cardholder by accepting these agreements. The organization does not charge any auto debit payment. All transactions will be acknowledged within 2 business days.

The registrant participant should submit the conference registration form to confirm their participation.

The registrant participant needs to submit the conference registration form within 3 business days, if the registrant fails to submit the registration form then their registration will be considered as Non-Active registrant and no refund will be applicable. However, the Non Active registrant will receive the credit for their registration fee and it will be valid for a period of one year from the date of registration.

By completing and submitting the conference registration form you are indicating your intentions to attend the organization conference in any format and you accepted the conference agreement.

Registrations received less than 10 days before the conference date will be reviewed based on the current registration status, but no refunds will be granted. We strongly encourage avoiding last-minute registrations.

The registrant will be provided with the opportunity to attend the conference as per the present conference format status.

If the registrant is unwilling to attend the conference then the registration will be automatically transferred to the upcoming conference as per their last registration details. No refund will be applicable since the registrant will be provided with the opportunity to attend the conference.

Organization has the rights to select/ reject the research paper at any time during the conference period and no refund will be provided. The rejected research articles will be notified via email with the reason for rejection.

The Organizer may change the venue and date at any time before the conference. If the organizing Committee decides to change the venue and Date of Event, all registered participants (Only) will get the information via mail and Phone.

Organization will be not responsible for any refund of the ticket or any kind of money loss to the participants if the conference gets cancelled or rescheduled to another place or date.

Cancellation Policy:

C.1. More than 90 Days Before the Event:
  • Full Refund (100%) of the registration fee.
  • A processing fee of 80 USD will be deducted from the refund.
C.2.60 to 89 Days Before the Event:
  • Partial Refund (10% -60%) of the registration fee.
  • The partial refund varies due to documentation received by the participant.
C.3. 31 to 59 Days Before the Event:
  • Partial Refund (10% to 25%) of the registration fee.
  • The partial refund varies due to documentation received by the participant.
C.4. Less than 30 Days Before the Event:
  • No Refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
  • However, the participant may transfer their registration to another individual or apply the registration to a future event (subject to Transfer of Registration policies). Transfer charges of 50 USD will apply.
Event Cancellation by Organizer:
  • If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the registration fee will be automatically applied to a future event.
  • The registered participant will get 100% credit for their registration fee and they can use the credit for any other upcoming international conferences within one year from the date of cancellation.
  • If the event gets cancelled for the date of conference then the management will automatically allocate the re-schedule for the upcoming conference. If the participant is unable to attend the conference they can use the credit and submit the conference details through registration form for any other international conference on or before 59 days before the conference date.

1. How to Request a Cancellation/Refund:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to team@sairap.org and must be received by the deadlines specified above.

Approved refunds will be processed within 8-10 days following the conference.

2. Non-Attendance:

Failure to attend the conference without notifying the organizer in advance will not be eligible for any refund.

3.Travel and Accommodation Responsibilities:

The organizers are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or related expenses incurred by participants, regardless of event format, postponement, or cancellation. Participants are advised to book refundable travel and accommodation options in case of unforeseen changes.

4. Transfer of Registration:

Transfer Requests: All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the event organizer at least 45 days before the event.

Approval of Transfer: The organizer reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer requests. Transfers will be allowed on a case-by-case basis, and no partial refunds will be issued in the event of a registration downgrade.

For participants who register close to the conference date or after the standard registration deadline, your registration will be considered for virtual participation only, as the conference is in hybrid mode. However, you will be eligible to attend one more international conference based on your registration category
