Registrations done after the deadline will not be accepted. Moreover, no refunds will be granted for such registrations.

Don't book your accommodation and travel tickets without checking the official event schedule. Event organizers will not be responsible for any damages or losses due to rescheduling or cancellations.
Avoid arriving at the event venue before or after the reporting time. You must plan your day keeping in mind the event timings.
Do not include maps and images of disputed territories anywhere in the world in your presentations or papers.
